
Human Resources Strategist

As a key member of the HR team, you will play a dual role as both an HR Consultant and Talent Management Specialist.
In this exciting role, you will be a trusted advisor to people managers and staff on all HR matters, delivering expert guidance on talent management and engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, performance reviews, and other HR-related matters.
You will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, driving high-performance culture through innovative succession planning, leadership development, and performance optimization strategies.
Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies in alignment with business imperatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, adopting a data-driven approach to develop HR solutions, managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair resolutions.
Additionally, you will refine and implement succession planning processes to identify high-potential talent, create leadership pipelines for critical roles, and support the implementation of regional and local learning programs.
With 6+ years of overall Human Resources experience, preferably in a Human Resources Business Partner or related role, and a strong analytical skill set, you will be able to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
A plus to have experience in designing and implementing talent development programs, and proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and solve complex HR challenges. Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced global environments is also desirable.

Requirements:- 6+ years overall Human Resources experience
- 4+ years minimum experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or related role
