About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Strategist to drive our group-level HR initiatives forward.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing strategic HR plans, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with country-level HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement group-level HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Total Rewards and Learning & Development programs.
  • Collaborate with country-level HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies and HR practices across the group.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics at the group level to inform leadership decisions.
  • Champion cross-entity HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar group or regional HR capacity.
  • Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Total Rewards and/or L&D.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work across cultures and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organisation.
