What you'll be doing:

- Conduct comprehensive analyses of our current compensation and benefits packages across all locations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement a global compensation structure that ensures internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Benchmark our compensation and benefits against industry standards in each country we operate in, including Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and the US, to ensure our offerings are attractive and competitive.
- Design and maintain salary bands and grades for all positions within the company, taking into consideration factors such as job function, level of responsibility, and geographical location.
- Work closely with leadership team & heads of department to develop and implement compensation guidelines and policies.
- Provide expert advice on pay decisions.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in compensation and benefits management to ensure compliance across all regions.
- Analyse data, generate reports and present insights to support decision making and strategic planning.

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits structures.
- Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations in multiple countries, preferably Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and the US.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex datasets with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
