**About the role**
We are looking for a **Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits **(**Total Rewards)** to join us at Doctor Anywhere. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining and evolving our compensation, benefits and equity program to attract and retain our talents.
This is a critical role for our rapidly growing organization where you will partner closely with the Head of People & Culture, People Partners, Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to drive strategic compensation decisions and deliver creative, competitive, sustainable and analytically-driven total compensation programs.
You must have had experience in designing and administering equity compensation at a tech start-up/company and deep understanding of scaling compensation and benefits programs and practices at a start-up, with familiarity in market best practices in the South-East Asia region.
**A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows**
- Lead the development, implementation and administration of all compensation programs including compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, benefits review, equity administration and benchmarking and various incentive programs.
- Partner with teams in P&C to design our compensation strategy, programs, and issues, including equity practices.
- Responsible for creating a unified practice for compensation, benefits and leveling framework at Doctor Anywhere
- Manage the design of our equity program and administration of our equity portal
- Manage relationships and projects with key external partners, such as compensation consultants, benefits brokers, and third-party tools and platforms
- Provide regular compensation analytics, using internal and external tools, to ensure pay parity and market competitiveness in the South-east Asia region.
- Continuously identify opportunities for Doctor Anywhere to evolve and uplevel our compensation and benefits practices as we scale and grow in the region.
- Educate our leaders/managers and employees in understanding our compensation philosophy and programs.
**About you**
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience in a high growth environment, with solid experience in a compensation and benefits role in South-East Asia countries
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- A collaborative and thoughtful compensation specialist who sees the big picture and is comfortable getting into the details.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with any HRIS (preferably BambooHR), GSuite
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others
- Comfortable with open communication and giving and receiving open, constructive feedback respectfully
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to develop and execute programs.
- Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role
- Unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive issues.
