Roles & Responsibilities

**Reports to: Head of Total Rewards & Mobility**

Division / Department: Corporate HR

**Responsibilities**:

- Build business cases for Total Rewards Mobility substantiated by robust data analyses. Provide key insights and suggest recommendations for possible optimization.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the organization and follow-up for execution of Total Rewards action plans
- Support country HR regionally and globally to ensure alignment and consistency with corporate guideline and policies
- Support job grading and salary structuring in alignment with market benchmarks
- Consult with in-country HR/C&B managers and
- business partner to validate pay ranges in the salary structure
- Participate in annual rewards surveys, analyze and utilize the survey data to identify gaps and risks, and propose recommendations to address them
- Support in Annual Remuneration Review cycle (Managerial/Directors’ job grade upwards)
- Support in Harmonize benefits to be linked to approved job grades/employee categories
- Other KRAs which may include Global Mobility, Compensation and Offer Packages for Senior Executives, Share based Administration and other Board/Remuneration (RC) Matters.
**Educational Qualifications**:

- Min. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Human Resources, etc.)
- Post graduate certifications in C&B qualifications, where applicable would be desirable but not necessary
**Relevant Experiences**:

- Min. 5+ years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Total Rewards programs
- Has strong project management skills, ability to multitask, plans activities timely and pre-empts the different Country HR well ahead to ensure timelines are always in check.
- Good Excel knowledge and has a knack of structuring spreadsheets to handle large volume of data in the most efficient manner.
- Possesses a highly numeric, analytical mind with superb attention to detail and good statistical skills
- Reasonable knowledge of compensation and benefits’ principles and practices
- Reasonably strong problem-solving capability
- Preferred to have strong HRIS experience in particular workday
