Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategist to lead our finance function in Southeast Asia and Oceania. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic business decisions and managing finance operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with our CEO and senior management to develop and implement business strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Finance Operations: Oversee the financial and accounting operations of the SEAO region, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Risk Management: Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in senior finance leadership positions in complex multinational environments.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the luxury markets landscape and future business trends in APAC/SEAO.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of building partnerships with C-suite level stakeholders.
