
Driving Revenue Growth Across Key Accounts

The primary role of this position is to drive organic growth across existing accounts with significant revenue potential. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deepen client understanding and deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ consultative sales techniques to manage account renewals, generate new business opportunities, and drive growth using established methodologies.
- Effectively manage a portfolio of high-potential customers to deliver long-term, sustainable growth.
- Create and execute tailored account plans to grow key customers within the managed book of business.
- Utilize Salesforce for effective pipeline management, forecasting, activity logging, and performance metric tracking.
- Continuously develop knowledge of products and client markets through ongoing research and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer value and support.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing and growing a substantial book of business exceeding £1m in annual value.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management results.
- Strong track-record of using CRM and data analytics to improve sales performance.
- Some experience with data licensing or equivalent SaaS applications is beneficial.
