We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, primarily in the insurance and financial services sectors.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to secure new business opportunities, achieve revenue targets, and foster sustainable growth.
- Take ownership of implementing agreed-upon strategies to boost service revenue, aligned with the business potential of targeted segments.
- Identify new opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads, direct contact, and involvement in the RFP/tendering process.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in IT/Finance/Business, coupled with a natural inclination towards sales and business development. They should demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of success in Sales/Business Development/Account management within technology-related application products/IT (managed) services.
This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and people management skills. The ability to work independently, leading transactions to closure and making informed decisions in the absence of detailed instructions, is crucial.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of success in securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
