Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue optimization team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth across various revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily rate strategies review for daily rates and inventory to ensure optimal room revenue.
  • Manage distribution of rates and inventory for various market segments to ensure accuracy and parity.
  • Ensure daily communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues regarding inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group/Convention arrivals, rate changes, and sell-out strategies.
  • Support different revenue streams with extraction of sales figures to support and analyze initiatives.
  • To accurately process and manage Group reservations.
  • Daily review and optimization of F&B reservations to ensure full optimization of covers and revenue for F&B outlets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Opera, Central Reservation System, and Global Distribution System.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous Front Office Management experience.
  • Familiarity with Food and Beverage and Spa operations.
