Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist The Revenue Growth Strategist is responsible for maintaining the transient rooms inventory and maximizing revenue. This includes releasing group rooms back into general inventory, ensuring clean booking windows for customers, and recommending pricing and positioning of cluster properties. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Maintains accurate reservation system information
  • Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods, and obstacles to achieving goals
  • Generates updates on transient segment each period
  • Conducts sales strategy analysis and refines as appropriate to increase market share for all properties
 Requirements: 

A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major; 3 years of experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or a related professional area.

Or a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major; 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or a related professional area.

 About this Role: 

This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and report revenue management data, and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales strategy analysis and refinement, and be able to conduct sales strategy analysis and refine as appropriate to increase market share for all properties.
