Job Title: POS System Support Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled POS system support executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing first-level end-user support for our POS systems, network, hardware, and software issues across all outlets and headquarters.

  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support outlet openings or renovations by providing technical assistance and guidance.
  • Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenarios, and training guides as required.
  • Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide on-site or remote support, including after-hours or weekend response when necessary.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Degree in Computer Information Technology or a related field.
  • Knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS systems, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.
  • Basic SQL query skills and Excel formula skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to think critically and initiative.
  • Self-driven and high independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
