Senior Point of Sale

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated POS Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operations across all outlets and headquarters.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level support for POS systems, networks, hardware, and software issues
- Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Support outlet openings or renovations
- Assist in documenting process flows, test cases, and training guides
- Generate reports as required
- Provide on-site or remote support, including after-hours or weekend response when necessary
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Information Technology or business-related field
- Knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS systems, or similar roles
- SAP system knowledge is an advantage
- Basic SQL query skills and Excel formula skills
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Self-driven and high independent individual
