Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for POS hardware, software, and network.
  • Install, configure, and deploy POS hardware, software, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation, system logs, and knowledge bases.
  • Train and support end-users on POS systems, tools, and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role in a POS-related environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, EDC terminals, and other related systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
