Technical Support Role Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide first-level end-user support for point-of-sale systems, networks, hardware, and software issues across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, supporting outlet openings or renovations, documenting process flows and training guides as needed, generating reports to provide valuable insights, and offering on-site or remote support as necessary.

Key requirements include minimum 1 year of relevant experience, degree or diploma in Computer Information Technology or a business-related field, knowledge and working experience in IT support, POS systems, or similar roles, and proficiency in Excel formula skills and basic SQL query skills.
