As part of their digital and operational expansion, they are looking to appoint an **IT Infrastcture & POS Support Specialist**to oversee daily systems uptime and ensure smooth running of all outlet-level tech operations.

This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, outlet-facing environment and understands the fast-paced demands of POS operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-user support for POS systems, network, hardware, and software issues across all outlets and HQ.
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS terminals and back-end infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, escalating to vendors where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in new outlet openings or renovations by setting up IT infrastructure, cabling, and systems.
- Monitor system health, perform patching and updates on endpoint devices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, update technical documentation, and track hardware movements.
- Provide on-site or remote support, including after-hours or weekend response when required by business operations.
- Support integration with other business tools like payment gateways, kitchen display systems, and mobile/tablet ordering.
- 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure, or POS systems - ideally in a multi-outlet Retail or F&B outlet setting.
- Familiar with POS platforms
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, IP setup), Windows OS, printers, routers, and switches.
- Comfortable with physical setup - running cables, installing routers/switches, configuring devices
