Under the supervision of the IT Director, the IT Infrastructure manager runs the campus IT infrastructure (networks and systems) in terms of design, architecture, implementation and operations.His goal is to provide the campus with a secure, efficient and robust IT infra fulfilling business needs, and to ensure the proper functioning, updating and maintenance of these systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Management/Admin
- Supervise IT infra procurement in coordination with the IT Director and Finance Department
- Responsible for the IT infrastructure budgets
- Ensure that the necessary documentations, procedures and processes are in place and up to date
- Produce activity reports and KPIs dashboards
- Manage IT infrastructure vendors, resellers, distributors, consultants (SPOC)
- Other infra missions as assigned by the IT director
- Project Management
- Manage and implement IT infra projects: scheduling, budget, internal business relations and communications, vendors relations
- Manage IT infrastructure project related stakeholders (coordination with IT-Apps and IT-Support teams)
- Technical Activities
- Ensures availability of systems and networks: storage, servers (Hyper-V, Azure), networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, telephony)
- Ensuring the completeness and integrity of storage and backups
- Responsible for level 2-3 support pertaining to infrastructure, servers and network
- Ensure data security, accounts and access rights integrity according to local regulations and internal policies.

**SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATION**
- Master in Computer Sciences, Information Technology
- 3-10 years’ experience in IT infra
- Experience in suppliers/vendors management
- ITIL training (certification would be a plus)
- Project Management experience (PMP or Prince2 training and certification would be a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Out-of-the box thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Organised and methodical, capable of coordinating and delivering projects on time and on budget

**Salary**: $4,682.00 - $7,400.00 per month
