- Assess the effectiveness and operational efficiency of current security systems and recommend upgrades or new implementations as necessary.
- Support the entire security tender process, including drafting technical specifications, coordinating with vendors, evaluating proposals, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Plan and manage technology implementation projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Engage with internal and external partners to develop a technology strategy that supports operational needs, regulatory requirements, and evolving threats.
- Analyze data from security systems to support data-driven decision-making and produce regular reports on security performance and technology utilization.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation within the security infrastructure and recommend sustainable, cost-effective solutions

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or security-related credentials (e.g., CPP, PSP) are advantageous
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in security operations, technology integration, or a similar field
- Proven track record in managing security projects, vendor relations, and the deployment of technological solutions.
- Experience in conducting physical security risk assessments and implementing improvement plans
- Strong understanding of physical security technologies, IoT solutions, and risk assessment methodologies
- Proficient in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology-driven projects on time and within budget
- Capable of addressing challenges promptly and developing innovative, practical solutions
- Skilled in liaising with internal departments, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to align objectives and drive outcomes
