Enterprise Risk Management

As part of ERM team, maintain and improve the established ERM framework, methodologies and processes in accomplishing the corporate objectives. That covers:

- Facilitate and review risk assessments for key business operations, strategic investments and major projects;
- Ensure that processes are in place to analyze risks from strategic, financial, operational and external perspectives in relation to risk prevention, reduction and/or transfer;
- Lead processes that support BCM governance requirements as part of the enterprise risk framework;
- Identify and make recommendations for change and adaptation to meet the needs of the organisation;
- Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for monitoring and decision-making;
- Drive risk management culture through working with business units to educate and create awareness of risk management accountability;
- Review and monitor compliance of risk-related policies and making recommendations for improvement;
- Report risk appropriately in accordance to different audiences at Keppel Infrastructure (KI) and Keppel Group level;
- Support KI’s Risk Committee and BCM Committee in delivering their terms of reference, and assessing effectiveness and adequacy of KI Risk Management;
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

Insurance Management
- Procure and manage insurance program to ensure appropriate insurance coverage for BUs and projects, and facilitate process of insurance claim when arises;
- Support BUs/Projects in reviewing their needs to identify suitable insurance packages; and
- Advise BU/Project’s insurance related queries and recommendations

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A degree holder (Engineering, Risk Management, Finance, Accountancy, Business or Economics) with at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
- Experience in environment and/or energy industry is an added advantage;
- A hands-on manager with technical acumen and ability to understand broad business issues;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good ability to influence, communicate and present;
- Works well under pressure
