">About the Role:This is a mid-senior level opportunity to lead and drive our Human Resources function. As an expert in HR management, particularly within the retail or food and beverage sector, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business objectives.

- Develop and execute HR plans that align with our business strategy, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can build strong relationships with our country management team and SEA HR team to ensure alignment and effective implementation of HR initiatives. You will work closely with our teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
">Responsibilities:We're seeking a skilled and experienced HR leader who can:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives: Develop and execute HR plans that align with our business strategy, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Manage employee development programs: Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans to drive growth and excellence.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs: Ensure competitive and fair practices that attract and retain top talent.
- Foster positive employee relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication to create a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
- Oversee HR operations: Manage payroll processing, employee records management, and HRIS maintenance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures: Establish consistent and compliant practices across the organization to drive growth and excellence.
- Support organizational development: Drive succession planning, workforce planning, and change management to ensure sustainable growth and success.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on HR metrics, activities, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our country management team and SEA HR team to ensure alignment and effective implementation of HR initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR management, particularly within the retail or food and beverage sector.
- Strong strategic planning skills: Ability to develop and execute HR plans that align with our business strategy.
- Leadership and team management skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to drive growth and excellence.
