Job Title: Regional Leadership Role

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the execution of our commercial aviation strategy in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team, leading multiple teams, and working closely with sales and business development teams to drive customer acquisition.

The role involves developing and implementing short-, mid-, and long-term strategies that have a significant impact on achieving business results and customer satisfaction. This includes improving processes, systems, and organization by leveraging industry best practices and market knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business results, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence team members, peers, and customers to accept new practices and approaches.

  • Lead a large team to execute long-term strategy and operational direction for commercial aviation customers in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term strategies with significant impact on business results and customer satisfaction.
  • Improve processes, systems, and organization by leveraging industry best practices and market knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to implement changes that may be transformational or have broad impact on achieving results for the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the aviation market and customers, with Asia Pacific specific experience preferred.
  • A technical understanding of connectivity, SaaS, and/or data services, with preference given to those with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated general management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a high volume, multi-context environment.
  • Able to manage large, complex teams and build a successful team culture.
