Job Title

The Associate Director, Asia Pacific Channel VSL oversees the execution and support of products and services for commercial aviation customers in the IATA 3 Asia Pacific region.

This role is responsible for leading multiple teams and managing sales to revenue conversion, contract lifecycle, cost schedule, performance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction of programs and services across Connected Aviation connectivity, software as a service (SaaS), and data services products delivered to airline customers in the region.

A key customer-facing representative, this position executes the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP). The ultimate goal is delivering business results and driving customer focus.


Responsibilities
  • Face and resolve complex problems that require critical thinking, investigation, and analysis.
  • Establish and implement short-, mid-, and long-term strategies with significant impact on business results and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver profit and loss (P&L) comprising all products and services delivered to commercial aviation customers in IATA 3.
  • Improve processes, systems, and organization by leveraging industry best practices and market understanding.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to implement changes that result in improved business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, other functional organizations, and most importantly, customers.
