Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as a senior leader, overseeing the execution and support of products and services for commercial aviation customers in the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to drive business results, managing multiple teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This leadership position requires exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will establish and implement short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies with significant impact on business results and customer satisfaction. They will lead large teams, deliver P&L, and improve processes by leveraging industry best practices and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facing and resolving complex problems that may require extensive critical thinking, investigation, and analysis.
  • Establishing and implementing short-, mid-, and long-term strategies with significant impact on business results and customer satisfaction.
  • Drawing upon past experiences, industry best practices, and in-depth understanding of market and customers to leverage the CORE operating system and RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) management system.
  • Serving as a key customer-facing representative in the region and responsible for executing to an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Leading large teams that own the execution of long-term strategy and operational direction for all Commercial Aviation customers in the IATA 3 Asia Pacific region.
