Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team as a Backlog Management & Technical Solutions specialist. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for managing and resolving problematic backlogs in customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve backlogs in customer orders.
  • Analyze and report on backlog trends using advanced Excel functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and report on backlog data. Provide clear and actionable insights on backlog trends and performance to improve backlog management and overall customer service.

Process Improvement:
Identify and propose data-driven solutions to improve the backlog management process. Work with internal teams to implement improvements and streamline the order fulfillment process, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure efficient resolution of customer backlogs and keep customers informed throughout the process. Address customer inquiries and concerns related to backlog orders, ensuring satisfaction with timely resolutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Customer Service, or a related technical field.

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, specifically handling backlogs, data analysis, and technical problem-solving.
