A challenging role awaits you as part of our Channel Sales team, where you will play a pivotal part in strengthening our reseller and partner network. Your primary mission involves onboarding and training new channel partners such as resellers, VARs, and distributors to drive revenue by assisting partners in closing high-volume SaaS license deals.

Your key responsibilities include developing a structured approach to track partner performance, creating smart sales systems, and collaborating with product, marketing, and leadership teams to build a Go-To-Market (GTM) engine that ensures the success of our partnership network.

You should have 2-6 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Sales, or SaaS Sales, with a strong background in working with resellers, distributors, and VARs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner enablement skills are essential, along with familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.

A self-starter mindset is crucial in this role, where you will take ownership of your numbers and goals. Experience in HR Tech or Productivity SaaS environments is beneficial, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first teams is necessary.

The key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include:

  • Onboarding and activating at least 57 new partners within the first six months
  • Driving over 10,000 license sales through partners within 12 months
  • Maintaining high partner satisfaction and retention
  • Building and maintaining a clean, growing, and insightful partner pipeline
