Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and consumer engagement in the assigned channel sub-segment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that expand top-line revenue and enhance consumer interaction.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement high-impact initiatives to boost top-line revenue and drive consumer engagement across managed accounts.
  • Perform sales calls on contracted outlets to foster relationships and drive business growth.
  • Actively identify new outlets to contract within the assigned channel sub-segment.
  • Support contract negotiations to optimize profitability for the organization.
  • Drive sell-through with ongoing promotions, focusing on volume, net sales, and contributive margin.
  • Onboard new outlets on Easy24 and ensure seamless adoption by existing outlets.
  • Assist Channel Sales Lead in processing backend sales claims for contracted outlets.
Specific Focus on Accounts:
  • Review performance data and develop bespoke action plans to address identified gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support driving L3F excellence by executing PVA plans in outlets through negotiations and implementation.
  • Evaluate activity effectiveness and recommend future ROI improvements.
  • Drive new business growth and market share by identifying consumer trends and competitor sales, co-developing consumer conversion strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Be the internal expert for the channel sub-segment, providing strategic planning and analysis support.
  • Consolidate market intelligence on competitors, consumer trends, and trade news.
  • Coordinate with marketing on brand activity roll-outs and outlet targeting.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing on promotional calendars and activities.
  • Assist in planning and managing A&D linked to channel contracts.
