About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Channel Growth Strategist to lead and manage our partner-led sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with strategic partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage partner sales performance and provide guidance on go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with partners to advise on sales approaches and drive Partner-Sourced Sales in line with company goals.
  • Recruit new partners for key sectors and foster strong relationships with existing ones.

Technical Requirements:

  • Design scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark and real-time streaming tools like Apache Kafka.
  • Lead projects to design and deliver ArcGIS solutions according to best practices.
  • Configure Map, Feature, and Geoprocessing API endpoints for high reliability and performance.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Ensure data quality and governance by designing schema checks and automated testing.
  • Integrate monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana with ArcGIS.
  • Deploy applications on self-hosted virtual machines and containerized environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in GIS, software, or IT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling channel partners.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Esri products or GIS technologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
