About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Channel Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing new channel sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our market share.
- Channel Development: Identify and establish new sales channels such as TV shopping, live streaming, and e-commerce platforms.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on talent development and performance management.
- Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data from traditional e-commerce platforms to optimize operations and improve sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure sales targets are met.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in e-commerce and social media channel development.
- Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
