Job Overview
This position requires a dedicated individual to efficiently and courteously assist customers at our service centres. The role involves managing front-line operations, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support.

The successful candidate will handle initial customer inquiries, support Service Advisors and Call Agents, maintain cleanliness and organization within the centre, and perform various tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers, minimizing their waiting time.
  • Facilitate payment transactions in accordance with established protocols prior to vehicle release.
  • Support Service Advisors, Call Agents, and Customer Service Executives in their duties.
  • Conduct regular walkarounds in the service centre to gauge customer needs.
  • Engage with customers in the service lounge and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, including appointment scheduling for customer visits.
  • Follow up with customers who missed their appointments to reschedule.
  • Answer all incoming calls within three rings, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Transfer calls appropriately, ensuring the receiving party is informed of the transfer.
  • Accurately record customer messages and ensure timely follow-up with Service Advisors.
  • Assist in the daily management of the reception area.
  • Compile intake reports as needed.
  • Support Customer Service Executives in addressing initial complaint cases.
  • Assist with cashiering duties and document submissions to finance and management.
  • Handle walk-in customers tactfully to maintain high service standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Preferably holds a Diploma in Customer Service or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant customer service role.
  • Proactive, independent, and possesses a positive attitude.
  • Customer-focused with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with both internal teams and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
