Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Results-driven approach to talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent team spirit and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Passionate about meeting people and fostering close relations, with a strong understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
