About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner to join our Local Services team. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to support our hiring efforts and provide high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies align with people strategies.
  • Assess talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines.
  • Use established networks to discover and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent.
  • Screen and select candidates effectively.
  • Lead initiatives and projects to improve and scale recruiting operations and results.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and experience in building and executing recruiting processes.
  • Passionate about providing a great experience for all candidates.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • Optimistic and collaborative mindset.
