Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition team at our company is responsible for finding and engaging top technical talent across various levels. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple searches.

You will develop innovative sourcing strategies using data and market intelligence to lead the selection process. Your goal is to partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools such as Boolean and LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks
