Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sourcing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing function, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and shape sourcing opportunities aligned with their business needs and priorities.
  • Sourcing Strategy Development : Collaborate with the Head of Group Sourcing to define and refine category strategies across network, IT, devices, and emerging domains.
  • Group Tender and GFA Execution : Lead or co-lead group tenders and sourcing activities, ensuring execution excellence across procurement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Knowledge : Strong knowledge of group sourcing and procurement in a telco or telecom group environment.
  • Experience : 10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3-5 years in group or centralized procurement within a telecom operator group or alliance.
