Director of Strategic Sourcing

We are seeking a high-impact leader to transform our sourcing strategies, with a focus on supplier collaboration, engineering partnership, cost optimization, and operational agility.

  • Champion a collaborative sourcing model, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align supplier capabilities with our technology roadmap.
  • Lead Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) to improve design outcomes, reduce lead times, and optimize costs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, lead time, quality, and risk, in alignment with operational goals.

Operational Excellence:

Leverage digital tools and AI-driven platforms to elevate sourcing analytics, risk visibility, and decision-making.

Supplier Development & Performance:

Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and evaluate them based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), on-time delivery, technical support, local presence, inventory commitment, and roadmap alignment.

Drive supplier consolidation, self-qualification programs, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) to improve service levels and reduce overhead.

Establish robust qualification frameworks with support from Supplier Quality and DFM teams.
