Strategic Talent Partner

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Talent Partner to join our team. This is a key role that will drive business growth and success by identifying, developing, and engaging top talent.

About the Role

The Strategic Talent Partner will be responsible for leading the development of divisional strategies, translating business goals into actionable plans. They will oversee the annual compensation review process, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes and corporate guidelines. The role also involves driving talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, and international assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of divisional and departmental strategies, translating business goals into actionable plans.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the annual compensation review process, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes and corporate guidelines.
  • Talent Development: Drive talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, and international assignments.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster open communication and resolve people-related issues, serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in People Management/Talent Acquisition. Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential, as well as passion for people management, resilience, change management abilities, result orientation, and leadership.
