
Head of Talent Sourcing

Talent Acquisition Professionals are responsible for leading end-to-end recruiting activities, encompassing sourcing, screening, and selection. They collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies and develop comprehensive search assignments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements and be able to foster strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entire lifecycle of recruiting processes for contract and permanent positions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
• Develop and maintain robust working partnerships with hiring managers and vendors
• Conduct thorough analysis of hiring needs and provide insightful employee hiring forecasts
• Review employment application and background check reports
• Maintain accurate documentation on all stages of the hiring process
Required Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive results
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other HR software systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while meeting expectations
• Strong networking and referral skills to identify top talent
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet key performance indicators
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms to expand professional network
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies to enhance company reputation
• Experience with pipeline management and candidate sourcing tools to improve efficiency
