Job Description
The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, enhance the candidate experience, and support employer branding efforts. This strategic advisor works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide insights, and guide hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Promote the organization as an Employer of Choice through effective employer branding initiatives.
- Optimize talent sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment tools to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience in a fast-paced industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a people-centric approach.
- Dynamic, energetic, agile, and adaptable, with a flair for connecting with people.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence and drive change.
