Customer Success Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist at DIEHL METERING PTE LTD, you will be working closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure the smooth operation of sales and commercial processes. This role offers excellent career growth potential, with opportunities to transition into a sales role as you develop your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to assist with periodic sales forecasting and planning.
- Monitor and manage commercial tasks such as price lists, receivables (SOA/LC), and order cycle management.
- Assist customers in pre-qualifying solutions, ensuring the Diehl Metering brand is approved, and obtaining necessary local certifications. Provide initial techno-commercial support.
- Support Sales Managers in preparing tenders and commercial proposals.
- Contribute to the development of the Sales strategy for the region.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, or someone with a few years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of sales operations, order management, and receivables tracking is an advantage.
- Able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional language skills are a plus.
