We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to create a positive customer experience.

The Customer Experience Specialist will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to manage customer inquiries and finalize all activities related to product selection. This includes ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS applications. A minimum of 1 year of working experience in Telecommunication (telco) is preferred, but not required.
