Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and timely delivery
  • Provide visibility into incoming wafers, instructions for order execution, and coordination of priorities
  • Maintain pricing and sales order creation for billing and shipment
  • Brief internal teams on changes in flow, process, or customer requirements
  • Coordinate returned materials and work with relevant departments on material disposition
  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Work with IT to develop reports as per customer requirements
