Job Description

As a key member of our IT support group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service via emails and phone calls. This position is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and requires strong communication and coordination skills.


Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer engagement over phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Resolve customer service-related issues effectively, adhering to established procedures and policies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, assist in inquiries, and prepare quotations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless responses to customers and thorough follow-through.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Built positive relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in customer service and/or frontline roles.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and commitment to work duties and responsibilities.
