Customer Experience Liaison

As a key member of our IT support group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service via emails and phone calls. This position is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and requires strong communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer engagement over phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Resolve customer service-related issues effectively, adhering to established procedures and policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, assist in inquiries, and prepare quotations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless responses to customers and thorough follow-through.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and improve efficiency and productivity.
- Built positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience in customer service and/or frontline roles.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and commitment to work duties and responsibilities.
