We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bioproduction Group as a Customer Experience Specialist II. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving order completion and ensuring seamless execution of catalog and custom orders.
You will be responsible for working closely with internal functions such as Accounting, Pricing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Distribution to ensure timely and accurate processing and delivery of orders.
Key Requirements:
- BS/BA or Diploma with 3+ years of customer-facing experience (biopharma/biotechnology industry preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in an office/manufacturing environment
