As we continue to grow, we're looking for dynamic Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Executive to join our team and further our mission of providing top-notch fire protection services.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This will involve engaging with customers, resolving issues, and supporting strategies to improve customer support and retention.

Job Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Engage King Fire's customers via various communication channels.


•⁠ ⁠Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex issues to the respective department managers.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate and timely data entry for new & existing customers into our CRM system.


•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, such as servicing reports.


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal stakeholders and allocate resource to ensure successful project execution.


•⁠ ⁠Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.


•⁠ ⁠Analyse & Identify Industry trends and insights, providing feedback on how to improve customer health, adoption, and retention.

Requirements


•⁠ ⁠Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


•⁠ ⁠2 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or sales.


•⁠ ⁠Good communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks.

Office Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Performance Bonus
