Our Company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. We are seeking a Customer Success Executive with a demonstrated track record of successfully retaining and expanding the business footprint of the existing customer base for our product distribution and calibration service business.
**Customer Success Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for sales, marketing and account management of test, measurement and calibration solutions
- Secure product distribution and calibration service business to meet the orders target.
- Develop and maintain an effective network of customers within your focus of responsibility
- Ensure customer satisfaction expectations are exceeded upon
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers to become their trusted solution partner.
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer needs
- Provide all necessary data to sales manager upon request for department meeting
- Establish active communication and engagement with other departments eg, Store & ProcurementWork in partnership with instrument service and maintenance team as part of a Solutions Team based
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge in the test and measurement industry
- Meticulous, able to handle orders accurately and efficiently.
- Problem solver, strong emotional intelligence skills, effective customer management capabilities.
- Comfortable with technology and IT tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Enterprise Systems (SAP)
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
- Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Preferably 1-2 years in sales or marketing.
- Knowledge of Excel and other data management software
- Technical background and/or Services background to support the customer requirement
- Self-starter and result-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Innovative and proactive.
