Reboot is a Coaching platform with a mission to enable people to experience a greater sense of well-being, and unlock purpose, passion and potential in both their personal and professional lives.
Reboot is growing and we are looking for an energetic and passionate Customer Success Executive to join our Singapore Office and support the delivery of the Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness program across the APAC region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish a solid working relationship with multiple clients.
- Be the point of contact for all client requests, ensuring that inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to evaluate client needs regarding their objectives and goals.
- Working with the team to be the first line of support in the running of accounts.
- Support delivery and sales team in cross-sells and upsells
- Willing to go the extra mile by proactively looking for opportunities that will surprise and delight your client.
- Assist with additional ad hoc tasks to support the team as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Education to degree level from a recognised institution
- 2-4 years experience in a Customer service/Customer success role
- Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
- Excellent analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English is a must, business fluency in additional languages is an advantage
