Customer Success Advocate
We are seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing proactive support, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Pre-qualification and Techno-commercial Support: Assist customers in pre-qualifying solutions, ensuring the Diehl Metering brand is approved, and obtaining necessary local certifications. Provide initial techno-commercial support to customers.
- Tender and Proposal Preparation: Assist Sales Managers in preparing tenders and commercial proposals. Help develop tender documents, prepare presentations, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning: Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts. Provide regular updates to the sales team and help identify areas for improvement.
- Commercial Task Management: Manage commercial tasks such as price lists, receivables (SOA/LC), and order cycle management. Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the Sales strategy for the region. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, or someone with a few years of relevant experience in a related field. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of sales operations, order management, and receivables tracking is an advantage.
- Collaboration and Communication: Able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Motivation and Efficiency: Self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently manage tasks. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional language skills are a plus.
