Role Summary
As a Client Success Advocate at HubSpot, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and help them achieve their business goals.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, are comfortable with change, ambiguity, working autonomously, and using good judgment to make decisions that solve for the customer, we encourage you to apply.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and help them achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HubSpot's products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements.
- Apply business acumen to identify opportunities to grow customers' businesses, converting those opportunities into leads for Sales.
