Job Description

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing MCI's accounts in Singapore or the Asia Pacific region. This includes implementing annual client needs assessments, account action plans, and personal action plans, as well as possessing a thorough understanding of client current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Annual Client Needs Assessment + Account Action Plan + Personal Action Plan
  • Manage relationship with local and country contacts
  • Possess a thorough understanding of client's current and future needs
  • Recognize and meet client's needs; be responsible for the overall client experience

The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in meetings and events and/or hotel and hospitality industry, superb verbal, written communication and presentation skills, able to conduct research, analyze research findings, and develop concept plans.
