Client Success Executive

The Client Success Executive cassists the department in client servicing to ensure the smooth administration of the tickets inventory as well as optimize potential sales for the inventory owners.
In your role:
- Maintain and enhance the business relationships with assigned clients
- Key liaison point for clients on event details and support
- Ensure that events details are accurately configured into the ticketing system and promptly disseminated to all sales channels
- Assist clients in their ticket inventory management and maximize ticket sales
- Resolve any ticketing issues that may occur.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical departments to support the clients' requirements and needs in areas of marketing and ticketing system.
- Assist in data analysis, preparation of monthly sales and management reports.
- Handle ad hoc projects and any other duties assigned .
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration / Tourism & Hospitality.
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in client's servicing / customer service coordination.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Team Player.
- Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work during event timing if the need is required (at night and weekends).
