Client Success Advocate

We are seeking a skilled client success advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients via live chat or email, resolving their queries and concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Clients: Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients, resolving their queries and concerns efficiently.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Familiarize yourself with our trading platform, including its features and functionalities, to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all interactions, adhering to our communication procedures and guidelines.
- Manage Feedback: Effectively manage customer feedback, providing proper solutions within set service level time limits, and ensure follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Education: Diploma or degree in any discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of helpdesk management tools and reporting, with fluency in English (written and verbal) for liaising with English-speaking clients. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Passion and Attitude: Great passion for developing knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading, with a basic understanding of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments. High level of honesty and integrity, with a proactive and meticulous approach.
