About the RoleThe Customer Success Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, developing deep understanding of their needs, and executing business plans that deliver superior results.
Responsibilities:
- Meet customers and build support for Colgate business
- Build relationship and deep understanding of the customers strategy, priorities and needs and effectively translate them into superior customer plans
- Use analytics to drive fact-based conversations and effective negotiations
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (marketing, business, communications, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modern trade and omnichannel management
- Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups
